Hervormde kerk

A nice compact hall church in the middle of this mound village. Inside, the domed vaults painted with brick imitation are particularly striking. Like so many churches in Groningen, this church is Romano-Gothic. The gothic tower is from the 15th century. The church was originally dedicated to Mary.
