For weeks there have been secret negotiations between the German occupiers and the Allies. Food transports must be arranged for the starving population in the west of the country. The hunger winter has hit hard there and the Germans can no longer provide enough food. In the first week of May 1945, De Nude in Wageningen turns into a gigantic open-air warehouse.
