L13: De Amerikanen vorderen burgerbootjes

On September 19, 1944, the Allied advance came to a halt here near Nijmegen. The bridges must be conquered (preferably intact), but the German occupier does not give up. Everything that can float is requisitioned by the Americans to get to the other side of the river Waal.
