Molen De Bonk

Visit the website
The De Bonk windmill is a hollow post mill built around 1853 on the Kleine Kanaaldijk in Lexmond (municipality of Zederik) for the drainage of the 1948 ha polder Lakerveld. The mill emptied it together with the Vlietmolen and the disappeared Lekkersche Molen and was the measuring mill. The Bonkmolen was in operation until 1945.
