As beer lovers, we came up with the idea of brewing our own beer at the end of 2018, which resulted in an artisanal brewery with results! So, not without some pride, we were able to launch our first product on the market in September 2019: De Logt Blond, a top-fermented beer with a fresh, full taste. The local success set the tone and naturally left people wanting more. So we rolled up our sleeves and gave free rein to our creativity, again with the hoped-for success: several beers are already in production. Because we view our beers as a traditional product, we work completely artisanally, so the brewing process is completely manual and we personally monitor all stages of the barley beer in the making. From basic to final product, all steps in the processing are given time to arrive at a result that we can be proud of. The brewing process takes approximately six hours, after which the wort goes into the fermentation tanks. After approximately three weeks, bottling takes place and refermentation takes place in the bottle. Another four weeks later, the top-fermented beer is ready for consumption. Health!
