Because of its location in the Bosbeek valley,'t Dorpshuys is the ideal location for experiencing nature, sightseeing, water sports or shopping. From our holiday home you can start on foot, by bike or mountain bike for a relaxing trip through the surrounding nature reserves of the Hoge Kempen National Park with the Duinengordel, the Bergerven, the Donderslag and Solterheide... even cross-border cycling is possible. Water sports enthusiasts can go to the River Park Maasvallei for supping on the Maasplassen or for an adventurous trip through kayaking or rafting on the Maas! Shoppers can indulge themselves in Maasmechelen Village, Genk, Bree, Maaseik or just across the border in Maastricht. Our holiday home't Dorpshuys, the historic old town hall of Opoeteren, can be rented for 6 to 12 people for a minimum of 2 nights and is wheelchair accessible, with an adapted room on the ground floor. With 4 stars we offer you a lot of comfort: 5 bedrooms with toilet/shower, air conditioning, wifi and a smart TV. The living space downstairs has a large kitchen with a comfortable dining and sitting area with smart TV. Do you like the outdoors? There are three large terraces to enjoy, relax or sunbathe together. Culinary enjoyment on beautiful evenings is possible with our large gas bbq. A 25 m2 parasol can protect you from the heat. For relaxation there is a real petanque court, the children can lose their energy from the spring of 2022 in our spacious sustainably furnished playground. There is a spacious private parking with barrier.
