On the road across the Veluwezoom

Your route starts near the Posbank. You will soon pass Brasserie Veluwezoom, a nice place to take a break and enjoy this beautiful old farm complex. You will also find the Veluwezoom visitor center here. After a steep descent you will discover the beautiful Valeplas and Lathumse Plas, two recreational lakes excavated on the IJssel. You can easily drive from the IJsselvallei into the city. In Arnhem you cycle along the beautiful city parks. Further on, get off at Deelen Air Base Museum. In between you can enjoy and relax at Recreatiepark De Veerstal. You drive along the ancient Deelerwoud to the Loenermark. You can spot numerous animals, such as fallow deer, red deer, roe deer and wild boar. Back at square one, you can have a cup of coffee at Paviljoen de Posbank.
