Description
Around Ruurlo it is beautiful to cycle through the Achterhoek scenic landscape. In the town itself you can experience a rich cultural history. First you drive to the centuries-old Zelle Estate. Here you cycle through a backdrop of avenues, grasslands and old solitary trees. You cycle through the wooded area to Zelhem. On the Markt you can admire the beautiful Lamberti Church. You then cycle for many kilometers on car-free roads through the beautiful Achterhoek landscape. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful Saxon farms that you encounter along the way. After a while you pass Ons Belang, a thatched corn mill from 1890.
