A beautiful trip through the Glass City

From the starting point in The Hague you quickly drive into the Westduinpark, followed a little later by the Westduinen. In these two almost contiguous nature reserves you will find dense forests, open plains, steep slopes and viewpoints that rise more than 30 meters above sea level. You can enjoy the natural beauty and silence here for many kilometers! You pass the Vier Winden, a flour mill from 1882. Further on in Monster you pass, among other things, the Reformed Church, a fourteenth-century hall church.

Naaldwijk
Near the Plas van Alle Winden you will pass Natural Westland"honey and more\\\", a nice stop for a refreshment. After you have driven through the picturesque 's-Gravenzande, you will shortly pass through the Staelduinse Bos. This special nature reserve with its stately avenues and old deciduous trees was established as an estate in the nineteenth century. In the polders around Naaldwijk it is nice to cycle past greenhouses, meadows and ditches. Finally, you pass through the Madestein nature reserve.
