The Veluwezoom and the IJsselvallei

This route takes you through one of the most beautiful regions of the Netherlands. You drive through the Veluwezoom National Park and the adjacent IJsselvallei. A trip full of natural beauty and sights.

Hall church
From Buitenplaats Beekhuizen you immediately enter the Veluwezoom National Park. You cycle many kilometers here through forest and heath. The ideal way to relax for a day. Via Loenen you then drive into a vast landscape of grass and arable land. A different decor, but with the same effect: enjoy! In Hall you will pass St. Ludger, a beautiful church from the Middle Ages.

Leusveld estate
On the Leusveld Estate you will pass the Kiekuut Observation Post. It is made of local wood. Just outside Brummen there are two country estates on both sides of the quiet road. Wijde Landen on the left, Spaensweerd on the right. On the other side of the IJssel you have a beautiful view of the water while you cycle over the dike. You cycle onto the Veluwezoom, where you can fully enjoy nature again. At junction 25 you pass the famous Posbank.
