The hike on the panoramic circular trail on the Kranzberg starts at Alpengasthof Gröblalm and leads along the"Schafstadl\\\" on the hiking trail to Berggasthof Wildensee, the first resting place. A short distance behind the Berggasthof, a narrow but easy hiking trail branches off, which leads over the northern flank to the summit of the Hohe Kranzberg (1,391 m). There you have an all-round view of Alpenwelt Karwendel. The descent follows the south side of the Kranzberg to the lower Ferchensee, one of the most popular bathing lakes in the region.
Back in the direction of Mittenwald you will soon reach the lower Lautersee, where the last ascent to Berggasthaus St. Anton begins. You then reach the hiking trail again via the cozy Korbinianhütte at 1,200 meters, which leads to the starting point of the tour, Alpengasthof Gröblalm. This hike takes you to the most beautiful places of Mittenwald's local mountain and offers beautiful views of the numerous lakes.
