Discovering the marina of Naarden

A nice walk along the marina of Naarden, a golf course and hidden swimming beach, to the typical polder landscape with an old barge canal.

You are here near the marina of Naarden, a green, wooded harbor park on the Gooimeer. The heart is formed by a luxurious marina, where you can see beautiful sailing ships. Right next to Jachthaven Naarden is the Naarderbos swimming beach, a small, relatively undiscovered paradise that you can easily walk past. Then you walk on the Naarderbos Golf Course, beautifully situated in the green.

Typical polder landscape
Just outside the golf course you can see the typical polder landscape with its straight ditches. Then you walk along the Naardertrekvaart, an old barge connection between Amsterdam and the Gooi, with a view of old farms. You sometimes seem very far from the big cities here!
