Between Zelhem and Ruurlo, cycling is beautiful through a landscape of meadows, streams, and forests. You'll find plenty of peace and quiet here, ideal for recharging your batteries. You'll cut through Zelhem, crossing the De Berken estate just before junction 72. A little further on, you'll pass a golf course built on the Zelle estate. Through the woods, you'll cycle to Ruurlo Castle, a moated castle of medieval origin. You can visit this castle, as it houses a museum dedicated to modern realism. Then, cycle through the heart of Ruurlo. Cycling along Muldersweg, you'll cross the Baakse Beek stream. This stream originates in the Korenburgerveen and eventually flows into the IJssel river. The route ends at the Heeren van Wolfersveen.
