Description
This route curves around Winterswijk, through the easternmost part of Gelderland. Characteristic of the region is the Achterhoek bocage landscape with fringed meadows, monumental Scholten farms and wooded banks. This attractive landscape makes Winterswijk and the surrounding area an attraction for Dutch and German tourists.
