Beeckestijn cycle route

This 25 km cycle route takes you past the country estates of Velserbeek, Waterland and the 18th century country estate of Beeckestijn where you will find an excellent catering facility. The route then continues via the village of Spaarndam, where the forts Benoorden Spaarndam and Bezuiden Spaarndam are located, to the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park. This beautiful nature route also passes the Ruins of Brederode and ends back at the starting point near the Pontplein, which is located on the North Sea Canal.
