Old Lemiers
How beautiful this rolling landscape of meadows and forests is. Ideal for a walk to catch up or clear your head. In the valley of the Selzerbeek on the German border you pass through the picturesque Old Lemiers. This includes the twelfth-century Sint-Catharina chapel and Kasteel Lemiers.
Vijlenerbos
Back in Holset you pass the Lambertus well, according to legend it was already blessed in 692. On the church hill is the old HH Lambertus and Genoveva church. After you have refueled at't Klükske, you walk into the woods on the Vijlenerberg. What a wonderfully quiet walk under the many deciduous trees. In the outlying area you pass the Frankenhofmolen, a water mill from 1736.
