A walking route for foodies: past a cozy pancake house to a brewery. With the rolling paths of De Maasduinen National Park, a tasty bite goes down well—and you will have more than earned that beer by the end of the day!
Brewery Visit You will walk a bit further along the Meuse, which is responsible for the creation of this nature reserve. The Maasduinen were formed during the last Ice Age, when drifting river sand created dunes. If you have time after the route, you can take a guided tour at the Hertog Jan Brewery, past the authentic copper brewing kettles.
