Strolling through estates near Vught

Walking in North Brabant is a joy! Cozy, Burgundian villages, beautiful nature reserves and vast meadows. East of Vught there are a number of beautiful estates along the Dommel. Put on your waterproof walking shoes and experience how beautiful this area is. You start in the center of Sint-Michielsgestel at Brasserie Thuys. You can have something to eat and drink here before you head out. You will walk past Maurick Castle, which originally dates from 1400. On the estate you walk through a park forest where there are still some beautiful old trees. Just above Halder you have a beautiful view of the Dommel and Nieuw-Herlaer, a centuries-old castle on the other side. You walk back to Sint-Michielsgestel via Zorgpark Vught.
