This route takes you through the region west of Waalwijk. You will find plenty of natural beauty and some historic places here. After crossing the Bergsche Maas, you cycle through the village of Capelle. Between nodes 16 and 13 you drive on the route of the Halve Zolenlijn, the former railway connection for the leather industry between Lage Zwaluwe and's Hertogenbosch. Then you drive into the polders and follow the course of the Donge, a lowland stream. From junction 93 you drive along the Kromgat, a creek that was created after the Sint-Elisabeths flood in 1421. Further on you drive through the picturesque Geertruidenberg. The route takes you again over the Halve Zolenlijn, after which you cross the Bergsche Maas again and drive via Drongelen to De Speeltol.
