Description
On the Edese Heide you will experience the primal feeling of the Veluwe. As an extra, walk up the Drieberg: from the top of this hill you have a beautiful view of the area.
Ede Bos
You walk straight into the Edese Bos. Here you immediately experience the characteristic tranquility of the Veluwe. Ideal to clear your head and enjoy the natural beauty to the maximum. The forest is on top of a lateral moraine, so the path slopes slightly.
Sheepfold
Walking up from the dense forests to a vast and wide moorland: it remains a wonderful experience. On the Edese Heide you can once again have the feeling that you are all alone in nature. You walk past Schaapskooi de Kreel, the base of the herd that grazes on the heath. The bleating and the sheep's bells reinforce the idea that you have taken a step back in time here.
