Kalmthout Heath
After you have jumped on the saddle, you ride via Huijbergen across the border with Belgium. A little later you are in the middle of the vast Kalmthoutse Heide. Get off and let the peace and the beautiful view sink in. Wonderful, isn't it?
Moretusbos
From the forests you cycle into Putte, a village that is more or less cut in half by the Belgian-Dutch border. And hop, then you cycle into the Moretusbos, a beautiful park forest where you pass Kasteel Ravenhorst among other things. The deeper you go into the forest, the quieter it becomes. How wonderful it is to make miles here.
