Tour of Schoorlse Dunes and Broeker Veiling

You'll pass through Dirkshorn, where you'll pass two magnificent monuments in quick succession: the Town Hall (1870) and the village church (1868). The Town Hall (1744) and the fifteenth-century village church in Oudkarspel are also worth a stop. In Broek op Langedijk, you can visit the monumental wooden auction house from 1912. Among other things, you'll see a historic auction clock. The auction has been held here since 1887. The Schoorlse Duinen dunes are one of the most beautiful dune areas in the Netherlands. You'll cycle straight through forests and dunes. The Hargermolen mill dates from 1804. Its predecessor was destroyed in 1799 during fighting between an Anglo-Russian army and the French occupiers.
