This route takes you from B&B De Koffietuin through the Gelderse Vallei. Here you drive through an open landscape with beautiful farms. At the end of your tour you cycle into the woods of the Veluwe. Beekbergen still has a historic village image. On the Loenenseweg you pass the Teixeira de Mattos Park, which opened in 1912. The Juliana tree is located in the park, it was planted in 1937 in honor of the marriage between Juliana and Bernard. There is a striking decorative fence around the tree. The Beekbergen VSM (Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij) station is located in the adjacent village of Lieren. Here you can take a trip with the tourist steam train that shuttles between Apeldoorn and Dieren. Past Klarenbeek you drive through the beautiful Appense Bos.

After more than 30 years of working as a (chef) cook, the owner of this location in Beekbergen has started a coffee garden. After a long bike ride through the Veluwe you can relax on a lounge sofa with a delicious cold drink. Or relax with a delicious cappuccino and a piece of homemade cake. Of course from regional products and organic cultivation. Maybe from your own garden. Just charge the battery, of the bike and of yourself. Park de Hoge Veluwe is easily accessible by bicycle: the Hoenderloo parking entrance is approximately 8 km away.
