The Veluwe, the crown jewel of Gelderland

The first kilometers you will loosen your legs in Beekbergen and the surrounding area. You pass, among other things, the old church of Beekbergen, the building originally dates from the fifteenth century. In Lieren you will pass the Station VSM (Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij). At the Beekbergse Beek you can see the beautiful old Ruitersmolen. You then cycle onto the Veluwe. Here you can cycle for miles on cycle paths that run through woods and heathland, wonderful! In the middle of the forest you drive through Hoog Soeren, which enjoys a protected village view due to its authentic historical appearance. A little later you cycle through Hoog Buurlo, a unique old agricultural settlement. On the Hoog Buurlose Heide you can enjoy the peace and beautiful views. After getting off you can enjoy a cozy terrace at Hotel en Kasteel Spelderholt.
