Description
There is nothing better than a bike ride through the coastal region. This route takes you along the North Sea beach, through Zandvoort and the greenery near Hoofddorp. The first few kilometres take you through the polders just behind the dunes. Here you can enjoy the wide view and the beautiful monumental country houses that you see every now and then. In the shelter of the dunes it is wonderful to pedal on. On the other side you have a wide view over the sea and you can hear the surf. In neighbouring Aerdenhout you can see some of the majestic villas for which the village is known.
