Tour of Sint-Antoniusbank, Chateau Sint Gerlach and Geuldal

Your route starts at Eetcafe 't Voske. Just outside Bemelen, you will see the Sint-Antoniusbank Farm, the oldest parts of which date back to the 17th century. Via the hamlet of Sint-Antoniusbank, you walk to the Sibbersloot, which runs along the edge of the Bemelerbos. Further on, you pick up the Grubbe stream. Here you will encounter all kinds of small and large quarries, old marl quarries that are now special nature reserves. On the other side of Berg en Terblijt, you walk through the beautiful hillside forests for which the Geul Valley is known. A little further on, you see the valley through which the Geul meanders. You have a beautiful view of Sint Gerlach Castle from the path that runs right along the water. Afterwards, you walk back through the hillside forest to your starting point.
