Your route starts at Chr. Vakantiepark Beloofde Land, with a cup of coffee at Brasserie Dolce Vita. At Putten you will discover De Vanenburg, originally a seventeenth-century castle that has been renovated several times. Further on, take a break at Museumboerderij Mariahoeve! The Groevenbeekse Heide is known for its burial mounds, but there are also many fens to be found. Then you cycle past the Oud Groevenbeek estate. On this estate there is an Art Nouveau villa from 1907 and a water tower from 1912 that would not have been out of place as part of a show castle. The Speulderbos near Drie looks like a primeval forest with its gnarled oaks and half-decayed trunks. In the Speulderbos lies the Solse Gat, a pit surrounded by legends that dates back to the Ice Age. You will almost pass it, step off for a moment!
Below you will find various suggestions for breaks that you can visit during your route. These are divided into different categories, making it easy for you to choose.
