This cycling tour takes you through towns and villages, along canals and streams, through agricultural areas and forests. Here you can taste the industrialisation in this region, and the textiles that still play an important role here. Start at Helmond Castle and ride past major international textile manufacturers, via the Zuid-Willemsvaart to Aarle-Rixtel, and then through the nature reserve and water gate't Gulden Land further to Gemert-Bakel. Other nice starting locations are Gemert Castle and't Gulden Land. The route also passes two interesting museums where you can learn more about crafts such as weaving that have been practiced here for a long time. You will also be amazed by the beautiful estates and castles, about which you can read more during the route. And at the end of the ride?
