Description
The starting and ending point of this route is in Boom, in the province of Antwerp at walking junction 101 and is mainly known for the Tomorrowland music festival.
Via the Boom-Klein-Willebroek cycle and pedestrian ferry, over the Rupel you walk past Broek De Naeyer and the Biezenweiden reserve where you will encounter De Bocht castle.
Via the impressive blue pedestrian and bicycle bridges over the three-river point Dijle, Nete and Rupel, near Rumst, you reach the other side of the Rupel and walk to the Provincial Domain De Schorre where you pass a sixty-metre-long handmade mosaic staircase on the Deltaweide.
The route is fully signposted with hiking junctions.
