Cycle route Delden and Twickel Estate

From Boerderij Erve Tankink you can drive to Delden at your leisure. Here you will see a number of monumental buildings on the Markt, such as the Salt Museum, which is located in the former town hall from 1657. You can also take a look at the Oude Blasius Church, a building that largely dates from the early sixteenth century. Twickel is a centuries-old estate. Here you see a moated castle, the oldest part of which was built during the sixteenth century. There are also several nineteenth-century monumental farms and barns on the estate. The renowned gardens are worth a visit. You drive a few kilometers through the woods, after which you cross a branch of the Twenthe Canal and take in another part of the Reggedal.
