Summer tour of Oekel: strawberries, dahlias and ice cream

Your route starts at Café ut Krisje. Zundert is one of the largest nursery villages in all of Europe. You will find more than 400 tree nurseries there! You will also see many dahllias there. In the run-up to the Zundert flower parade, you will see dahlias in bloom throughout the region. In the months of July and August, you will come across them automatically. For example, on this route there are beautiful dahlia fields when you walk from Oekel to 't Oekelbos. Delicious strawberries are also grown in many places in the wider region. Who knows, you might come across a strawberry vending machine where you can take super fresh strawberries home with you or to snack on along the way. When you return, you can enjoy a delicious lunch or drink at Café ut Krisje.
