The picturesque town of Oirschot has more than 300 monuments. This place in the rich surroundings of the Brabantsche Kempen therefore has a protected village view. Enjoy a moment of peace on the market square or cycle from there into Rue Neuve, where you can admire an ancient red beech planted in 1764. Further on you cycle through the woods of Halfmijl. Drink a cup of coffee nearby at the Véssumse Hoeve! You continue via Vessem, a village with centuries-old buildings such as the old town hall,'De Leeuw\\\' and the Sint-Lambertus Church. Then you drive through the green forests of the Buikheide, northeast of Vessem. This forest was created in the early 20th century as a production forest. You also cycle a bit over the Oirschotse Heide.

You will find the Vessumse Hoeve in a beautiful building from 1650. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the spacious conservatory before or after your walk or bike ride! Pellet stoves provide a cozy atmosphere when it is a bit chilly outside. On Sundays they open extra early, so you can quickly set off to enjoy a nice long day in the open air. A nice base just outside Vessem, from where you can discover the Acht Zalheden (beautiful Kempen villages) or nature reserves such as the Buikheide.
