You get on your bike for a tour around 'Dordt'. Dordrecht, also called 'Dordt', is first mentioned in a text from the twelfth century. At that time, the city was still called Thuredrech. In 1220, the place received city rights and Thuredrech developed into one of the six largest and most important trading cities in the Netherlands. You make a beautiful tour around the city, along the water and through nature reserves such as Landschapspark Zuidpolder and the Waalbos. You also visit nice places such as Papendrecht. Pay a visit to the Oranje Museum. More than 4500 objects relating to the royal family have been brought together here by an avid collector. If you want to visit the museum, you can make an appointment for this.
