Tour Haaksbergerveen, Eibergen and Lankheet

Between Eibergen and Haaksbergen you will take a bike ride through the lovely Twente countryside. First you will cycle over Lankheet, a centuries-old estate where it is beautiful to cycle through forest and heath. A little later you will come across the next natural gem: the Haaksbergerveen. In this former raised bog area you will cycle along vast heathlands. It is wonderfully quiet here, ideal for a day of relaxation. Then you cross the border to Germany, where you cycle through the Ameloer Venn nature park. Back in the Netherlands you cycle a bit along the Berkel, after which you explore the town of Eibergen. Here you will pass, among other things, the Oude Mattheuskerk from 1500. On the other side of the Berkel you cycle past the Mallumse Molen.
