Tour of Beesd, Geldermalsen and Neerijnen

The first few kilometres of this route take you along quiet roads past grasslands, old farms and orchards. Then you cycle along the dike along the Linge. Get a breath of fresh air while you watch the rippling water. You pass through the picturesque Beesd, after which you cross the Heerlijkheid Mariënwaerdt. This private estate is rich in old buildings and natural beauty. A unique environment, so feel free to switch back a bit to enjoy it to the fullest. In Geldermalsen you will see the Bouwing, a corn mill from 1848. Finally, you will cycle across the centuries-old Neerijnen Estate. Here you will see several monumental old farms. You will also pass a beautiful church from 1865. The current country house dates from the beginning of the seventeenth century. The route ends at Boerderijcamping De Hoge Haren.
