Walk Beerzerveld and Beerze

The first few hundred meters you walk on the Marsdijk. On the left and right you see cows grazing leisurely in the vast meadows. A wonderfully relaxing view. A little later you walk onto the Beerzerveld. In this nature reserve you will see a mix of coniferous forest, drifting sand, old juniper thickets and heathlands. On the southern edge of the Beerzerveld you have a beautiful view of the rugged grasslands. Make sure you have good shoes, because vipers live in this area. You walk out of the nature reserve through the woods. You pass through Beerze, a town that largely consists of old Saxon farms and therefore enjoys a protected village view. You can still experience the atmosphere of the past here. In the Vechtdal Hooglanders farm shop you can buy something tasty for on the road or at home.
