Description
Your route starts at Holiday Park 't Rheezerwold. In the varied landscape of the Vechtdal you can enjoy nature reserves and sights. In a wide bend it goes towards Gramsbergen. The charm of the Vechtdal is hidden in the small-scale landscape: you cycle from farmyard along waving reed plumes to a view, via a small forest to a farm with a hedge and another view. Just before you cycle into the hamlet of Ane, you pass De Anermolen. This corn mill was built in 1858 but burned down completely in 1864 - on New Year's Day. The mill was completely rebuilt afterwards. Rheeze is one of the most beautiful brink villages in Overijssel. It is a beautiful sight, those centuries-old Saxon farms surrounded by meadows and stately old trees.
