In short, the ideal place to refuel after a nice bike ride or walk. There is also ample parking, so you can start and end the day here.

Pavilion Duinzigt is located in a unique location; in the dunes of the village of Westenschouwen, right next to the beach crossing and within walking distance of the largest forest in Zeeland. On sunny days you have sun everywhere from early in the morning until late in the evening on the lovely, sheltered terrace. 300 meters north of the pavilion is the entrance to the'Boswachterij Westerschouwen\\\', the largest forest in Zeeland. Behind this forest are the Meeuwen- and Zeepeduinen. Discover this beautiful nature reserve by bike or with a lovely walk. There is plenty of space around the pavilion to park your bicycle and/or charge it for free.

Restaurant Basalt is located at the harbor of Den Oever. A special part of the Netherlands, because Den Oever is located on the former island of Wieringen. From Basalt you can cycle beautifully over the Wieringse moraine and the surrounding watery polder landscape. You can enjoy your coffee or meal from the cozy terrace at Basalt, while looking out over the fishing port. Who knows, one of the fishermen may have just delivered the fish that is on your plate. Since the 1990s, the Tea Factory in Houwerzijl has grown into a true tea attraction, where around 50,000 visitors come to enjoy an enormous variety of teas every year.
