Description
Cycling along the Dutch Coast, with the wind in your hair! Sometimes the wind is with you, sometimes against you, but you always taste that wonderful coastal feeling. The 610 km long LF Coastal Route is good for a complete cycling holiday in the Netherlands. You drive beautifully through the elongated dune strips along the Dutch coast and through the South Holland and Zeeland islands. Small seaside resorts and historic towns make for nice stops along the route. There is always a nice hotel or B&B here, with a restaurant where you can recharge your batteries. End every day with a walk on the beach! The route runs along the Wadden coast through one of the quietest and least populated parts of the Netherlands, with various authentic (mound) villages and towns. A voyage of discovery through our own country.
