Sint Michielsgestel along Dommel and Essche Stroom

This beautiful and water-rich route starts in the center of Sint Michielsgestel. From there you walk a large part along the Dommel to the hamlet of Halder. For a coffee/tea break, it is recommended to cross the Dommel from there and walk straight to Landgoed Haanwijk. There is an excellent pub for drinks and refreshments. From Halder you follow the course of the Essche Stroom. After passing the Esscheweg you still walk over part of Landgoed Zegenwerp with a beautiful country house and garden. Finally, you rejoin a path along the Dommel that takes you back to the center of Sint Michielsgestel
