Your route starts on the edge of the beautiful village of Thorn. You make a beautiful meander through the Belgian border area to the Doodendraad, a restored part of the border from the First World War. An electric wire carrying 2000 volts then ran between Belgium and the neutral Netherlands. Via the centuries-old Uffelse Mill you cycle to Neeritter, a characteristic and attractive church village. You drive past old chapels to the picturesque Thorn. This town has a historic center with white houses and many authentic buildings from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century.
