Naturlehrpfad am Grabschützer lake

At the Grabschützer See, nature is reclaiming territory in its own way on the former quarries of the open mining area. Until the year 2025, a varied landscape will develop, in which numerous protected animal and plant species are part of the European bird sanctuary. Up to 180 bird species have been recorded in the area, including white-tailed eagles, tree hawks and honey buzzards.
The nature trail around the lake has many surprises in store for you.
Along numerous witnesses of time, such as capricious stones and rubble ribs discoverers of nature. Which teach us many interesting facts about the history of the landscape, geology ecology, flora and fauna.
