Tour of Urmond, Grevenbricht, Limbricht

From Urmond you cross the Juliana Canal and drive to the charming Berg aan de Maas. You then cycle past meadows and fields along the course of the Maas. On the right of the road you pass Obbicht Castle, a country house that originally dates from 1780. Via Grevenbicht you drive back towards the Julianakanaal. You cross the lock complex, after which the route takes you through Born and Holtum. You pass the monumental Pool Mill located on the Geleenbeek. Further on you drive over the impressive driveway of Limbricht Castle. At the end are the outer bailey of the castle and the picturesque old village center of Limbricht. You drive back to Urmond through rural Limburg.
