From Urmond you can make a beautiful route through Dutch and Belgian Limburg. First you drive to Stein. Here you can admire the St. Martin's Church and the beautiful surroundings around the castle ruins. Then it is wonderful to make kilometers along the Juliana Canal. From Geulle aan de Maas you cross the river to Belgium. You will soon enter Hoge Kempen National Park. You make a climb, after which you can enjoy the vast forests, moors and the silence at your leisure. You cycle through Eisden-Tuinwijk, an old mining district. You drive back to the Netherlands along the Maas bank. In Oud-Urmond you can still taste the atmosphere of days gone by. Across the Juliana Canal, a cozy terrace awaits you at De Graethei Brasserie, Pannenkoekenhuis & Escaperooms.
