Description
This route with the E-Chopper shows the beautiful city of Nijmegen with its modern nature reserves. You first cross the new bridge De Oversteek, which always reminds Nijmegen of the brave American paratroopers in the 2nd World War. The route then takes you past the new island with Scottish highlanders, the Waal beach and the mask of Nijmegen.
Along the way you will come across several restaurants and terraces to enjoy the peace and quiet. The E-Choppers take you about 75 minutes to complete this route, so there is room to relax and stop at beautiful places. Never leave your E-Chopper out of sight! Before you cross the well-known Waalbrug of Nijmegen, you pass the Lentse Plas with 'floating villas' and a beautiful beach.
The old Waal bridge has been the connection to Nijmegen since 1936, after which you drive back to our location past the Hunnerpark, the Valkenhofpark, the Waalkade and the Waterhond of Nijmegen. Have fun!
