Route De Kruishoeve

Between Tilburg and Boxtel you can take a cycling tour through the Brabant countryside. You will soon cycle through Helvoirt. In Torenstraat you can still experience the atmosphere of the past through the old buildings. Just past Haaren you pass Nemerlaer Castle, the history of this building dates back to the thirteenth century. Then you will be introduced to the forests of the Oisterwijkse Vennen and the vast heathland of the Kampina. Grab a bench and enjoy the unprecedented silence here. In Lennisheuvel and Esch further away you will see a number of monumental farms. You cross the Essche Stroom. Get off here and take a look at the flowery stream valley. The route ends at Hotel De Kruishoeve. Time for a terrace!
