Round authentic streets in the farmland

Your route starts at De Menmoerhoeve. After a nice cut through the nature behind the farm, you arrive at the Muizenweg. A little further on you dive into a sandy path along a beautiful small-scale landscape of farmland. You cross the Turfvaart. From the fourteenth to the seventeenth century, plenty of peat was extracted in the Pannenhoef nature reserve. In dried form (peat) everything was transported via peat canals to Breda and Roosendaal as fuel for households and breweries. A nice winding sandy path leads you a little later through a forest. This is Koekoekstraat, a beautiful authentic road with its cobblestones and farms. You will come across these kind of streets more often, delicious! You can fully enjoy the sun in the open farmland.
