Cycling tour near Rijsbergen and Rucphen

Your route starts at De Menmoerhoeve, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee before getting on your bike. Via Rijsbergen you cycle to Landhuis De Moeren, which dates from 1818. The associated farms are also a delight to the high. Van Gogh painted his first landscapes in the surrounding nature reserve. Further on you can take a break at't Pannehûske. Then you cycle through the Rucphense Bossen, a forest area that extends to the border with Belgium. Originally there was a cover sand ridge with heathlands and drifting sand areas here. The forests that are there now were created when the area was planted with conifers at the beginning of the 20th century. You cycle back through Sint-Willebrord, Sprundel and Rucphen. This region still exudes a truly friendly Brabant atmosphere!
