Tour of Maashorst and Zeeland from Veghel

Your route starts at Boutique Hotel The Yard in Veghel. Nearby you will discover Kilsdonkse Mill (hull/remains), on the former watercourse of the Aa. This mill from 1842 is a unique combination of a water-driven flour mill and a water-driven oil mill. You then drive many kilometers through rural Brabant with its fields, grasslands, streams and hamlets with old regional farms. You also make a loop through the forests of the Maashorst. Take a break at De Pastorie in Zeeland! On the way back you will pass L120: Surrounded in Uden, one of the listening points of the Liberation Route. Here you can always listen to impressive radio plays about the last years of the Second World War. They are historical places, marked by courage, sadness, fear and hope.
