Kampina tour

Be surprised by the Kampina. First you walk into the mixed forests that surround the meandering Rosep. Just before junction 48 you cross this river, an idyllic spot. A little further on you look out over the large Belversven. Characteristic and often rare plants such as marsh deer hay, rush fern and bank herb grow around the fen. After a while you walk onto the vast heathland for which the Kampina is known. The rich flora and fauna make it one of the most valuable heathlands in our country. The Icelandic horses that graze here contribute to the feeling that you are walking through an unspoilt landscape. Grab a bench and enjoy the serene silence before walking back through the woods to Het Boscafé for a terrace.
